We offer packages to suit a variety of budgets and needs. Our most popular packages are shown below. Please email us for more information on packages or a la carte options. We are very flexible and can add things on as needed to accommodate your vision.
ALL of our packages include complimentary initial meeting/consultation, unlimited calls and emails from booking date to event date, and a well-stocked bridal emergency kit on-hand at your event.
I am flexible! If there is something not listed in the packages below that you are concerned about us getting done for you, more often than not, there is no additional charge as long as we can complete it within your contract hours
Which package is right for you?
Our PACKAGE I is perfect for those who need a little reception assistance, whose ceremony sites have an existing coordinator, and whose reception sites, friends or family members will assist in packup at the end of the night. **Reception guest count must be 180 guests or less with this package -OR- additional charge will apply for assistant present for setup for larger weddings.
Our PACKAGE II includes more hours of service on your event day, and is perfect for those whose ceremony sites have an existing coordinator ~ and you would like absolutely no one to have to worry about packup/take-down except for us!
Our PACKAGE III covers both your ceremony and reception, more hours of service on your day, with an additional in-person consultation if needed. This is perfect for those whose ceremony sites do not have a coordinator, or for those whose ceremony sites DO have a coordinator and would like us there for any additional assistance needed. *** PACKAGE III will be discounted if you do not need us to stay until the end of the night. (Your reception site, friends or family members will assist in packup at the end of the night. We will leave approximately 2 hours prior to your reception end time) ***

A Beautiful Day I Package
-One coordinator for event -6 Consecutive hours on-site reception assistance -Final in-person meeting to finalize all details -Timeline development -Contact vendors to confirm any details as needed -Setup of reception accessories/details -Manage vendor decor/setup at reception site -Coordinate entertainment & announcements/events during reception -Distribute tips or final payments to reception vendors -Ensure smooth, on-schedule reception approximately until dance floor is opened up for guests

-Everything included in Package I, plus: -One assistant for reception -8 Consecutive hours on-site reception assistance -Take down/pack up all personal items, decorations, etc. -Take down/pack up (when necessary) any rented items for pick-up

-Everything included in Packages I and II, plus: -Attendance at and coordination assistance for wedding ceremony -12 Consecutive hours on-site ceremony & reception assistance -Setup of ceremony site decorations/items -Cleanup of ceremony site decorations/items -Assistance in rounding up family for formal church/ceremony photos -Up to two in-person meetings (can include vendor meetings) to go over all event details

-Attendance and assistance at ceremony rehearsal (up to one hour) $75 -Timeline-only preparation $125 -Additional hours of service: $45/per -Candy Buffet container rental with any pacakge (up to 15 containers of varying sizes) $50 -White poly chair covers $1.25 per chair (up to 150)

For Your Consideration
-Driving distance exceeding 30 miles from Canton, MI: Please inquire -The following HOLIDAYS will be an additional charge (50%) above any package pricing: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Christmas Eve, 4th Of July, Easter Sunday, Halloween. No events will be done on Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day. HOLIDAY WEEKEND dates for the above-mentioned holidays will incur a 25% charge above any package pricing. -Please feel free to discuss any other concerns or additions you feel are needed for your event
