Your wedding day is a special time that you should enjoy to the fullest. Don't spend it stressing out about your wedding details. We'll discuss all of your plans and visions, and then design a detailed timeline with a variety of options for you to consider. When you give us the go-ahead, we'll communicate with all of your vendors and make it all happen. You can just sit back and enjoy the dinner, your guests and most of all, your new spouse!

With budgets tight these days, we are uniquely positioned to create your memorable day for much less cost than you might expect. Many couples are unable to work a full service planner in to the wedding budget, and this is where we come in. With some advance consultations, we then step in on your wedding day and handle things to ensure a smooth event. We become the single point of contact for your vendors, even family and friends, therefore leaving you no choice but to thoroughly enjoy your day from start to finish!
Why a day-of coordinator?
At this time, we offer day-of wedding and event coordination. This differs from a full planner in that most of our work is done closer to the wedding or event day. A day-of coordinator is for couples and clients who are organized, but cannot be everywhere at once on the day of the event. We carry out all of the plans you've worked so hard on for many months. Among other things, we are your manager for the day, making sure your venue is set up as you had arranged for it to be, making sure all of your vendors show up and produce what they have promised, ensuring that your day runs as smoothly as possible, and coordinating your ceremony and reception events.
This is something we truly have a passion for, and we look forward to showing you just how much. We'll manage your entire wedding day - or just certain elements of it. It's up to you.
Is a coordinator necessary?
In many cases, absolutely! Hiring a coordinator over appointing friends or family members to "coordinate" allows friends and family to also enjoy the entire event as well. Members of your bridal party and family members should be attending to the wedding couple through the day.
Family members and bridal party will also be your support system through the day and will need to be present for things such as formal photos, greeting your guests, unable to also be at your ceremony site and banquet facility to follow up with vendors or add the finishing touches on things. We have the experience and know-how to make sure all details are taken care of ahead of time so that there are minimal interruptions to your fabulous experience.
